Courtyard Annex Deluxe

Constructed in 1968 and recently renovated, our Annex buildings are Contemporary structures which offer 13 Deluxe rooms located behind the Inn. The rooms allow you to park and walk into your room on the first or second floor. Annex Deluxe rooms have either one King Bed or two Double Beds as well as a queen size sofa bed and can accommodate a family. Rooms have either a new Walk In Shower or a Shower over a full size Tub. Complimentary in-room wireless, coffee makers and refrigerator. Some rooms have a small Kitchenette. Standard Room

Located in our historic Main Inn, our standard rooms provide a comfortable quaint setting for your stay. Our restaurant in the lobby is only a short walk downstairs, or ride our historic Otis elevator – a real treat! Each room contains two double beds or one queen bed. Please specify bedding requirement in comment section. We will make every attempt to accommodate your request. Complimentary in-room wireless. Luxury Room

Our Luxury Rooms are our most spacious rooms and provide great getaway accommodations. Rooms provide one King or one Queen or two Queens with some rooms providing extra sitting rooms and sofa beds. Located in both the Main Inn and Porter Mansion. All rooms have a small refrigerator and some rooms provide views overlooking the Town Green. Please specify bedding requirement in comment section. We do have a $25.00 per stay fee for a pet friendly room .
